I work with low fire, stoneware, and porcelain clay to create ceramic sculptures that are mysterious and anthropomorphic. These creatures interact with various references to art, contemporary cultural and mythology as well as symbolism.  My sculptures can be interpreted in the same way that we interpret dreams where human and animal forms interact and blend seamlessly: Hinting that we are made from the same "clay"
My ultimate artistic goal is to intrigue the viewer's perception and creates a sense of mystery while giving them the freedom to draw their own conclusions on all metaphorical possibilities.
